Hi guys. My husband and I did the reset last week together. Can’t believe he made it through 5 days. I really thought he would give up on day 2/3. We both had lots of social activities this weekend. He ate a slice of pizza on Saturday and felt like vomitting. I had lunch at an Indian restaurant yday - great tasty food but as you can imagine oily - fried in seed oils. I also felt really really nauseous. So we have to change the way we eat now. No going back. Lots more whole foods. Veggies. A lot less processed food. Who would have thought we could change so much in 5 days!!!

I seem to have gone off of alcohol since Reset! Didn't have anything on Saturday and poured a glass of white last night and threw most of it away! So chuffed. Reset has been lifechanging!

I went for a lekker walk earlier in the sunshine, took full advantage before the rain hits us again, and I felt like I was floating haha.

Hi Danni, I met up with old friends today. They have no idea I am doing this. They said wow you are glowing. What have you been doing? Day 5 for me today!
Can one do six days? Is there good advantage to extending it by a day?

Danni, for the first time ever I have gotten full points for my vitality assessment I just did it this morning.
I’m normally penalised for cholesterol and weight, but both were in range which is amazing. I’m also down a good 4kg which is unheard of for me as I struggle with my hormones on HRT’s so this is insane.
So grateful for this experience and have learned so much about myself. ??

Thank you Danni. I met an old friend while shopping. She looked at my trolley and said so healthy no wonder you look forever young. I have learnt so much from you ????

It truly has been such an eye opener
Thanks Danni for equipping us with life long guidance.
I've lost 2kg and I can feel the difference around the tummy .
I really need to continue eating this way . I want to give the no diary a try but I do love my cheese and cottage cheese !
And I also realised I don't need to eat at 6am I can actually pull through to 9 . Normally I need something super early .
Thanks to all the wonderful ladies for all the encouragement,I was ready to quit after that crazy headache and my tummy feeling so funny on day 2 . Very glad I stuck it out

I have learned so much this week. Never would I have imagined that I could go this long without meat and coffee. I must confess that I was very sceptical and did not believe that I would last. Thank you Danni Health, Liz and Juls.

What an eye opener this was. I thought my biggest challenge would be hunger; I didn’t expect the severe headache and body aches for 4 days. Haven’t felt hungry once and have realised my diet is really not as healthy as I like to think. Danni, thank you so much for sharing your wisdom with us! So happy to walk away richer from this experience.

Danni, You have to hear this!
I went to the hairdresser today and she looked at my face and said when you so thin?
??????
She says I look completely different around my eyes and the shape of my jaw!
And she saw me 3 weeks ago so it must be a de puff and de bloat!
I feel soooo good!
Thank you ??????

I am speaking for myself here but I’m sure many feel the same way, but I have definitely had a mind reset as well. I have realized that YES, I only have 2 coffees a day BUT they are super strong (like 2 spoons each).?? no wonder !!
And although I eat clean food generally, I definitely love a snack (yes niknaks) waaaaaayyy too much!
It’s really made me pause and think about nutrition this week.
