What is the Healthy Eating Focus?

An incredible Healthy eating  learning program held in a closed WhatsApp group.
Meal plans and recipes sent 5 days prior to the start of the program, which includes a day of meal prepping videos.

The Healthy eating program is a 2-4 week meal plan where we embark as a closed community group on the WhatsApp platform.
It is an intense learning journey guided by Danni for, with the goal of learning how to create healthy habits, lose fat and / or become more toned.

Expect:

  • Daily communication from Danni of educational videos, recipe videos and food photos.

  • Education on calculating your protein requirements, fat loss, maconutrients and other nutrition topics and how to reach your goals through consistency.

  • Learn how to meal prep and meal plan.

  • Group interaction for 3 hours a day.

  • Amazing results if you continue with your journey. 


The sense of community is what is truly powerful at helping everyone stick to the plan, and reach their goals.
