I felt energised on day 3 and also more focused. Would love to do this again

This is the 1st time I have tried a reset detox and am amazed that I have completed it (even adding an extra day) and I really enjoyed the process, even through the difficult moments. The group support and information given has educated me on better choices and real lifestyle changes to my diet. Results were instantly noticable at each stage of the program. I am better equiped to make good choices now. Thank you Danni !

I absolutely loved the reset, it was tough not having coffee, I am a coffee addict and the second day I had such a bad headache. I felt so proud of myself for completing this journey as it was physically and mentally very tough. Thank you Danni.

I have been so skeptical of these cleanses but my post partum hair loss has been insane. I have a lot of hair so thankfully it doesn’t look bad but for nearly two months it was coming out in clumps. Today I washed it and not a single hair came out. Either the timing has been next level coincidental or the reset has got my hormones back in check

I have learned so much this week. Never would I have imagined that I could go this long without meat and coffee. I must confess that I was very sceptical and did not believe that I would last. Thank you @Danni Health, Liz and Juls.

It has been an amazing week, thank you! I feel great. Tired from not sleeping well but tummy is down a lot and I have lost 2.8kgs and skin looks and feels amazing.

What an eye opener this was. I thought my biggest challenge would be hunger; I didn’t expect the severe headache and body aches for 4 days. Haven’t felt hungry once and have realised my diet is really not as healthy as I like to think. @Danni Health, thank you so much for sharing your wisdom with us! So happy to walk away richer from this experience.
