What is the 5 x Day Reset?

An incredible 5-day Reset held in a closed WhatsApp group.


Meal plans and recipes sent 3 days prior to the start of the Reset, which includes a day of meal prepping videos before the Reset begins.

The Reset is a five day diet plan where we embark as a closed community group on the WhatsApp platform.
It is an intense liver cleanse, detox and hormone reset journey guided by Danni.


Expect:

It truly has been such an eye opener Thanks Danni for equipping us with life long guidance. I've lost 2kg and I can feel the difference around the tummy . I really need to continue eating this way . I want to give the no diary a try but I do love my cheese and cottage cheese ! And I also realised I don't need to eat at 6am I can actually pull through to 9 . Normally I need something super early . Thanks to all the wonderful ladies for all the encouragement,I was ready to quit after that crazy headache and my tummy feeling so funny on day 2 .
