What is the 5 x Day Reset?

An incredible 5-day Reset held in a closed WhatsApp group.


Meal plans and recipes sent 3 days prior to the start of the Reset, which includes a day of meal prepping videos before the Reset begins.

The Reset is a five day diet plan where we embark as a closed community group on the WhatsApp platform.
It is an intense liver cleanse, detox and hormone reset journey guided by Danni.

Last week was so tough not gonna lie! I felt awful & didn't really feel great until Sunday. I didn't feel like I ate particularly badly or had seriously bad habits! However I'm three kilo's down and 2-3cm in places! I feel so much lighter and healthier! The coffee thing was so funny as it happened exactly how Danni said! I had a cup Sat am and I took 1 sip and ended up not drinking it and having Rooibos tea instead! And it took me like three hours to drink 1 cup yesterday! I had a full lunch & wine yesterday as we had friends over and I ended up being so ill last night! It was awful! Have decided to - Sticking to herbal tea first thing , insulin fast till 12pm, stick to 1 cup of coffee a day with honey & Almond milk. 5 days no dairy a week, Low GI options and lots of veg! Good luck those who are doing this week! You can do it! ??

It’s been great. Sleep which has been a struggle for 2 months (I tried everything!) has been reset and also had a much easier period. Definitely not going back to coffee (I don’t drink alcohol) and staying with the insulin fasting.
