What is the 5 x Day Reset?

An incredible 5-day Reset held in a closed WhatsApp group.


Meal plans and recipes sent 3 days prior to the start of the Reset, which includes a day of meal prepping videos before the Reset begins.

The Reset is a five day diet plan where we embark as a closed community group on the WhatsApp platform.
It is an intense liver cleanse, detox and hormone reset journey guided by Danni.

Morning ladies! Can't believe day 3 already! Feeling good today, falling asleep so quickly which is awesome and super bonus is the bloating I normally have in my lower tummy has completely gone. Whoop! I wanted to check if any of you know - I am sure Danni said this was okay for going forward but want to know if suitable for reset - if I have the vegan protein powder and water now before I train and then veg for brekkie at around 10 will that still be fine for the insulin fast of the reset? Surely it is if one of the breakfast options is the smoothie with the protein powder added in?? Thoughts?

A bit late with my experience. This has been an amazing reset experience. I have the pleasure and honour of being on the Exec Program with Johno so my eating is clean overall. I was initially a little concerned about all the lentils and chickpeas. Ordinarily they bloat me. I followed the reset plan and ate all the lentils and not a single day of bloat with these delicious recipes! I don’t have any dairy because it instantly affects my sinus and chest so that was part was easy. The headaches were dim and nowhere as bad as I expected them to be. I used to drink approx 1 cup of Greek coffee daily (It’s super strong) - my coffee or tea was always black. I had also previously started craving sweet stuff (while I was always more a savoury taste preference) and was trying really hard to keep the sweeter stuff at bay. I blame it on perimenopause! ?? Perimenopause also had its moments of hot/cold flushes and memory issues but overall I’ve thankfully had a fairly easy perimenopause. I notice symptoms became worse if I eat incorrectly so there is much to be said for clean eating (thanks Johno for keeping me on the straight and narrow). And during Reset I had even less to no symptoms and a clearer mind. Day 10 - no coffee, no sugar and no sweet cravings. Long may it continue. No sweet cravings and perimenopause systems virtually gone. This reset has been amazing. I am going to try do the reset every 3 months and certainly before my next thyroid test. Thank you Danni, Juls, Liz and Johno for making this possible and also to our group for all the insights and learning ????

Also thought just going to continue with more veg & green smoothie. Really loved that and actually missing it this morning. Going to gym at 8am and have a poached gag & avo at Kauai afterwards. So thankful @Danni Health . Was feeling quite emotional this morning, filled with gratitude, thankful for being healthy and be able to do this reset and completed it and not cheated once and move in a healthier direction. Big milestone for me. Makes me think of what else I’m capable off and know that I would be able to do it. Not just eating better, but all other challenges I may face. Thanks so much for empowering us with knowledge and basic principles and support ????
