About the event
We embark on a 7 day Detox, liver cleanse and reset together.
Day 1 remove sugar, all processed foods, alcohol, meat, chicken. We keep it out for 7 days. One coffee max a day on this day.
Days 2-7 remove dairy, gluten. We keep it out for the rest of the detox.
Full elimination meal plan given, with recipes and videos to help the body cleanse, and support the liver.
Expect a clearer mind, more energy, improved skin and possibly weight loss.
Closed community group with daily motivation.
